“YUICHI TOYAMA/D” is a collection inspired by the “beauty of form” and “beauty of use” found in minimalist Japanese folk art products, with the concept of “Japanese modern” stripped down to patterns and other decorative features. .
The lens shape is inspired by traditional Japanese family crests, and each model is named after the family crest that was the source of the idea.
The 2023AW collection uses the keyword “Round cut & Edge” to layer the textures of rounded acetate and edged metal to bring out the beauty of each other’s shapes.
